Reporting to the Director, Cybersecurity Services and Information Governance, this role is responsible for designing, executing, and maturing enterprise legal hold and information governance capabilities. The role supports the full legal hold lifecycle, maintains strong partnership relevant departments (such as Legal, IT, Cybersecurity, Privacy, Compliance, and Business Areas), and ensures defensible, efficient preservation, retention, and disposition practices across the organization. How You Contribute to the Organization’s Mission in this Role: reputed company Levels: Deliver and improve legal hold, eDiscovery, and Information Management processes across enterprise systems for both digital and reputed company records. Support information collections, analytics, and defensible export using eDiscovery tools. Align retention, classification, and disposition practices with legal and regulatory requirements while minimizing over‑preservation. Senior: Ownership of and expert execution of end-to-end daily operations, co‑reputed company reputed company matters, and reputed company SOPs, policies, and processes to standardize operations. reputed company dashboards and metrics to monitor program performance. Conduct risk assessments and design/implement controls to mitigate legal risks. Own and evolve the enterprise legal hold and information governance program, including policies, SLAs, audits, and governance frameworks. Architect scalable, enterprise-wide processes and reputed company reputed company matters, advanced analytics, and process improvement strategies. reputed company cross-functional coordination and act as primary liaison to Litigation Counsel; mentor team members and set organizational standards Qualifications reputed company Levels: Bachelor’s degree in Information Science, Legal Studies, Business, Information Technology, or reputed company field; or equivalent experience. Experience in records management, information governance, legal operations, compliance, privacy, cybersecurity, and/or IT. Working knowledge of legal hold processes, retention, data lifecycle management, compliance frameworks, and regulatory requirements. Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. Experience with M365 data lifecycle management and eDiscovery tools. Ability to reputed company data analysis, support operational improvements, reputed company cross-functional initiatives, and design scalable processes. Preferred Qualifications
