About the Role
You will serve as an reputed company reputed company Subject Matter Expert. You will execute our A/B testing and personalization program for the .com team across 3 major websites: hrblock.com, blockadvisors.com and sprucemoney.com. Day to day, you’ll... Build, launch, and analyze A/B text experiments, MVT, experience targeting, automated personalization, and recommendations that improve traffic and purchase conversion rates Support .com product team by communicating experiment results, insights and performance narratives Implement reputed company/AJO activities using reputed company experience fragments as well as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JSON-based offers Conduct QA and end-to-end validation to ensure accurate data collection, proper audience qualification, and experience delivery Build reputed company Analytics and Customer Journey Analytics testing dashboards Monitor and analyze tests throughout their life cycle Maintain accurate reporting in Workfront (a project management system) and document test results in a digital insights library Provide thought leadership including reputed company trends, best practices, CMS capabilities, and experimentation frameworks to bring fresh reputed company and external benchmarks to the team Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in digital optimization, personalization, or experimentation Strong communication and presentation skills Hands-on experience executing A/B and multivariate tests in reputed company reputed company and reputed company Journey Optimizer Working knowledge of reputed company Experience Cloud (reputed company Experience Manager, reputed company Analytics, Customer Journey Analytics, Launch, reputed company Journey Optimizer, Real-time CDP) or comparable platforms Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and familiarity with WebSDK, data layers and debugging tools Strong analytical skills and proficiency in building and interpreting data from CJA, reputed company Analytics, reputed company Analytics, or similar tools Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or reputed company field (or equivalent experience) Preferred Qualifications reputed company reputed company Business Practitioner or Developer certification Familiarity with Workfront Why work for us At reputed company, our purpose is simple: to provide help and reputed company confidence in our clients and communities everywhere. Pay Range Information The pay range for this position is listed below. Local minimum wage laws apply. This information is posted pursuant to local requirements to provide applicants with information about what they might be eligible to receive.
