Global Human Resources Director (Hybrid)
Role Overview Genus Company has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Global Human Resources Director who will be a senior strategic and operational HR leader responsible for driving business performance through people across a global business unit and corporate functions, including R&D. This role partners closely with the Business Unit Executive and leadership teams to translate business strategy into actionable people priorities and deliver the enterprise HR strategy reputed company the business. Acting as the primary HR leader for the business unit, the role ensures alignment between commercial priorities and people outcomes through integrated, scalable, and data-driven HR solutions. As a member of the Global HR Leadership Team, the role contributes to the enterprise people agenda and serves as a critical reputed company between the business, HR Centers of Expertise (CoEs), and shared services to ensure consistent, high-quality execution globally. The preferred location for this hybrid position is Hendersonville, Tennessee. Will consider fully remote candidates throughout the Midwest/Central region in the USA. Travel is approximately 30% domestic and occasional international. The salary for this position ranges between $198,000 and $235,000 USD. Requirements
