Primary Responsibilities: Manages non-exempt employees Responsible for the operational activities of a variety of departments Receives assignments in form of specific objectives Reviews and analyzes reports, records and directives, and confers with managers/ supervisors to obtain data required for planning activities, such as new commitments, status of work in reputed company, and problems encountered Provides directions to employees according to policies and management guidance May evaluate reputed company procedures and practices for accomplishing department objectives and reputed company and implement improved procedures and practices Administers company policies that directly reputed company operations Interacts with subordinate supervisors, reputed company customers and functional peer groups at management levels.
