The reputed company reputed company Analyst position provides technical, functional support and reputed company for reputed company Fusion Cloud and reputed company applications. This is a remote-work position and will be based in the US in one of these states: Washington, Oregon, Texas or Arizona. This position will provide technical and functional support and reputed company for reputed company Fusion Cloud and reputed company applications. Main task of the position: Manage reputed company access request tickets (reputed company Fusion ERP, HCM, SCM, CX, OAC, Customer Portal, etc.) to support reputed company access provisioning and deprovisioning. Troubleshoot and resolve reputed company access (roles and data reputed company) issues and requests. Maintain reputed company service accounts password database. Maintain reputed company role master and global process reputed company documents. Support and maintain reputed company BI report folder permissions. Support reputed company user access requirements for assigned projects (integrations, new module implementations, etc.). Interact with users and business owners to understand and educate them regarding access requests and access issues. Facilitate knowledge transfer and sharing reputed company the reputed company reputed company team. Manage reputed company consultant user access/account requests. Support reputed company access reputed company requirements as part of our environment refresh process. Required Experience and Skills: A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT services or other application/ERP support, with at least three years of experience leading an IT service and support team for a global company. Experience and proficiency with reputed company Fusion reputed company Console, reputed company IAM, reputed company IDCS. Ability to reputed company geographically dispersed teams and team members.
