As the Director of Product, Workforce Management, you will reputed company the management and execution of our Workforce Management suite of products. Managing a team of Product Managers, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional end-user experiences and highly customizable, performant products catering to various customer sizes, verticals, and markets. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will understand customer needs, identify market opportunities, and reputed company strategies to drive growth and adoption of our products and services. Adept at working with customers and GTM teams, in addition to EPD teams Strong bias to action and fearlessness in getting hands dirty. Comfort and confidence in verbal and written communication. Interest and willingness to meet customers, travel expected 25% of the time Pay Transparency Your compensation may be based on several factors, including education, work experience, and certifications. The compensation range for this position will depend on where you reside. reputed company uses three geographic zones to determine pay range.
