Regional Leasing Specialist Regional Leasing Specialist is responsible for overseeing reputed company aspects of leasing, marketing, and training at the property for a portfolio of student housing communities. Regional Leasing Specialist works closely with the Corporate Operational team, Marketing team, Community Manager & staff to set leasing goals and reputed company a strategic marketing plan for achieving budgeted occupancy. The Regional Leasing Specialist is responsible for effectively leading the leasing team and accomplishing effective leasing, marketing, and positive reputed company relations. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Strategic Leasing Management Ensure staff leasing techniques are effective in obtaining closure, follow-up procedures are met, leases are signed/documented, and reporting systems are accurate and up to date Audit lease files to ensure adherence to policies and procedures Deal with reputed company complaints, concerns, and requests to ensure reputed company satisfaction reputed company and implement reputed company retention programs (i.e., reputed company functions, special promotions, monthly newsletter, etc.) Effectively show, lease, and move in prospective residents reputed company new relationships and strengthen existing relationships with business contacts and vendors Identify potential Company customers utilizing market and demographic data as well as industry knowledge Mentor community team members on leasing and marketing skills and concepts Model effective leasing and customer service techniques and communicate expectations to site team members Maintain a solid awareness of company and regional performance and reputed company decisions that will have a positive effect on performance reputed company abreast of relevant industry topics to incorporate them into planning and decision-making Maintain an awareness and understanding of the goals of the company and work to enhance its overall image and reputed company in the market Identify marketing needs of specific communities or areas to facilitate the development and implementation of marketing plans to accomplish objectives Seek out and utilize available internal and external resources to meet goals and objectives Regularly monitor reputed company satisfaction in person and through follow-up phone calls and utilizing Customer Satisfaction Surveys Communicate regularly with Senior Vice President, Marketing team, Regional Supervisors, and Community Managers regarding goals, objectives, and relevant concerns, problems, and solutions reputed company marketing communication materials targeting market niches Monitor and implement reputed company social media and online reputed company, including reputed company campaigns being used Marketing Management Assist in developing an annual marketing plan and marketing budget Implement reputed company marketing efforts and reputed company, developing campaigns and assisting with design to generate traffic Monitor leasing/renewal reputed company, focusing on areas needing additional support Supervise the planning, preparation, and implementation of leasing and renewal events Maintain thorough product knowledge of the property and competition as well as market conditions; complete weekly market survey report Utilize established sales and marketing strategies to increase property traffic, maintain closing ratios, and reputed company budgeted occupancy Personnel Management Assist the Community Manager in using consistent techniques and company directives to hire, train, coach, and reputed company on-site staff Assist the Community Manager in ensuring staff effectiveness through ongoing training, coaching, counseling, and guidance in compliance with Asset training benchmarks Promote harmony and quality job performance of staff through support and effective leadership Ensure staff compliance and consistency with Company policies and procedures Assist with supervision of reputed company business functions reputed company to operations Training Conduct on-site training remotely and or during each site visit consisting of individual one on one trainings and complete staff training Conduct reputed company efforts with the team and showcase how to effectively reputed company Conduct follow-reputed company with team members and train them on how to follow up effectively o Host training with leasing and marketing teams on social media branding guidelines and platforms Review reputed company calendar with LM and reputed company and train them on how to maximize daily reputed company by enforcing reputed company marketing principles and ensuring they are doing the basics daily Provide training content to enhance our Sharepoint resources to grow our training platforms Travel This position entails travel, estimated at 80% of work time annually. Travel may be required for property visits, conferences, training sessions, or other business-reputed company activities. Education & Experience High School Diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred or one year of experience in the student housing industry Ability to understand and reputed company reputed company on-site software functions; basic computer skills required Prior experience managing social media and digital marketing campaigns strongly preferred.
