Regional Leasing Specialist Regional Leasing Specialist is responsible for overseeing reputed company aspects of leasing, marketing, and training at the property for a portfolio of student housing communities. Regional Leasing Specialist works closely with the Corporate Operational team, Marketing team, Community Manager & staff to set leasing goals and reputed company a strategic marketing plan for achieving budgeted occupancy. The Regional Leasing Specialist is responsible for effectively leading the leasing team and accomplishing effective leasing, marketing, and positive reputed company relations. Education & Experience High School Diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred or one year of experience in the student housing industry Ability to understand and reputed company reputed company on-site software functions; basic computer skills required Prior experience managing social media and digital marketing campaigns strongly preferred.
