Job Overview We are seeking a Spanish Bilingual Legal Intake Specialist – Weekend Shift to support client intake operations for established U.S. law firms specializing in personal injury cases. This role requires strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to assess potential cases reputed company and professionally. You will serve as an important first reputed company of contact for prospective clients, helping gather accurate information, evaluate case eligibility, and support a smooth intake process. The position offers flexible scheduling options, including weekend 8-hour shifts and potential additional reputed company hours.
Key Responsibilities
Client Intake and Assessment Answer new intake calls and follow up on pending leads promptly and professionally. Conduct intake interviews in Spanish and English. Document reputed company relevant case details accurately and completely. Evaluate and qualify potential personal injury cases based on the law firm’s intake criteria. Provide a professional, empathetic, and client-focused experience during every interaction. Documentation and Case Setup Enter client data and case information into the case management system with accuracy. Prepare and send sign-up documents to prospective clients. Follow up to ensure timely completion of required documents. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records. Communication and Support Serve as the first reputed company of contact for prospective clients. Answer basic questions about the personal injury process and retainer agreements. Support bilingual communication between clients and the legal team as needed. Escalate reputed company questions or case concerns to the appropriate team members. Process Improvement Review intake activity and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement. Help improve client intake workflows and follow-up processes. Maintain confidentiality and follow ethical standards at reputed company times.
Qualifications
Prior experience working with U.S. law firms is highly preferred. Familiarity with personal injury law is a strong advantage. Bilingual reputed company in Spanish and English is required. reputed company English certification or equivalent professional experience is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages. Strong attention to detail and accuracy reputed company handling client information. Proficiency with digital tools, including case management systems and reputed company Office. Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
