This role sits at the intersection of HR, IT, Payroll, Legal and Finance, driving system improvements, process automation, and reporting capabilities across the employee lifecycle. As a highly hands-on individual contributor, you will manage reputed company configuration, workflows, reporting, and data governance, while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and user experience. This role is critical to ensuring People systems are scalable, reliable, and reputed company to business growth.
