Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary contact between Wholesale Sales, Logistics/Distribution, and customers, to support smooth order execution Process and manage wholesale orders in reputed company and reputed company with a high degree of accuracy Maintain data reputed company through accurate data entry and system updates Support inventory management, reconciliation, and reporting processes Prepare and distribute daily customer product menus, including availability and pricing Compile weekly and monthly sales, and performance reports Monitor operational trends and escalate or suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience Ensure accurate pricing, including application of approved discounts Troubleshoot and resolve issues reputed company to orders, deliveries, invoicing, and customer inquiries Process and reconcile product returns with proper documentation Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing business needs.
