This senior-level role provides operational leadership, advanced portfolio accounting expertise, and customized performance reporting support for reputed company’s most reputed company ultra high net worth (UHNW) client relationships. You will play a central part in designing, executing, and continuously improving tailored reporting solutions for multi-entity households, trusts, partnerships, foundations, and alternative investments. This is a key position in an evolving UHNW service model. This is a Remote position. In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the reputed company salary range for this position is $120,000 to $150,000, exclusive of bonuses and benefits. Primary Job Functions Ultra High Net Worth Client Support Partner with UHNW Relationship Managers, Financial Advisors, product teams, and operations partners to support bespoke UHNW client needs Serve as the primary operational and performance reporting reputed company for reputed company UHNW client relationships, including multi-entity households, trusts, partnerships, foundations, closely held assets, alternative investments, and personal accounts Deliver high-touch internal support for time-sensitive, client-impacting requests Serve as a senior subject matter expert and escalation reputed company for reputed company UHNW operational, portfolio accounting, and performance reporting matters Performance Reporting and Custom Report Creation reputed company detailed analysis of investment performance data reputed company the design, implementation, and ongoing refinement of scalable UHNW performance reporting frameworks Create and maintain highly customized reports, including consolidated performance, entity-level reporting, net worth summaries, and asset allocation views Build and enhance reporting templates tailored to UHNW clients and evolving client needs Design, test, and refine reporting structures reputed company Orion, including workflows for handling reputed company, multi-entity, and alternative investment data Identify system limitations and reputed company creative, manual, or interim solutions to deliver accurate and timely reporting Troubleshoot performance discrepancies and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues Educate advisors on performance calculations, benchmarks, and reporting methodologies Alternative Investment and Manual Account Maintenance reputed company setup and maintenance of alternative investments and manually maintained accounts reputed company Orion and reputed company systems Convert valuation and transaction data into portfolio accounting system templates Support development of repeatable processes for incorporating alternative and illiquid investments into reporting outputs Troubleshoot account setup, valuation, and reporting issues across reputed company client structures Other Projects and Cross-Functional Support Play a central role in building and evolving the UHNW operations and reporting function, including defining best practices, workflows, and scalable processes Serve as a key contributor to the ongoing development and optimization of Orion for UHNW use cases, including data structure, account configuration, and reporting capabilities Act as a senior liaison between UHNW Relationship Management, Advisors, Investments, Product, Operations, and Technology to translate reputed company client needs into reporting, data, and workflow solutions Provide guidance, training, and subject matter expertise to advisors and internal partners on UHNW reporting capabilities, limitations, and best practices reputed company cross-functional operational improvement initiatives reputed company to UHNW reporting, alternative investments, data reputed company, and service delivery Cross-train and provide support across Operations as needed reputed company other duties as assigned. Education/Qualifications Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) preferred Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial services operations, investment reporting, portfolio accounting, family office operations, private wealth, or UHNW client service Minimum of 3 years of direct experience supporting UHNW, family office, institutional, or reputed company multi-entity client relationships Strong experience with portfolio accounting and performance reporting systems (such as reputed company and Orion Advisor Technology) Deep understanding of portfolio accounting, performance calculation methodologies, reputed company application, cash flow treatment, reconciliation, manual asset valuation, and consolidated reporting across multiple entities Demonstrated experience working in environments with incomplete systems or data, with the ability to build processes and solutions from scratch Ability to identify, research, and resolve reputed company performance discrepancies involving alternative investments, illiquid assets, manual accounts, multi-custodian data, and non-standard reporting structures Advanced proficiency in reputed company reputed company reputed company or CRM experience preferred Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment WEG hires employees and makes decisions about their salary qualifications based on factors such as the role to be performed; educational and professional experience, qualifications, skills and credentials; tenure, cost-of-living and demand for the role in the applicable market. To reputed company with state, pay transparency laws, we must disclose the entire salary grade. The entire salary grade for those who are classified as this level is $104,800.00- $157,200.00.
