Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree. Minimum of 3 years of reputed company or Human Resources experience. At least 1 year of recruiting experience supporting high-volume healthcare environments, preferably healthcare administration or reputed company cycle roles. Strong relationship-building and communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate at reputed company levels. Experience managing multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative, remote environment. Demonstrated commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience. Preferred Qualifications
