Director, Medicare Regulatory Change Management

Communicate key regulatory changes, trends, data to key stakeholders and leaders throughout the Company. Work in collaboration with Product Compliance Partners, Policy, Government Relations, Legal and other key departments to assess and analyze impactful regulations and guidance. Evaluate and monitor changes to service functions and performance in relation to company mission, philosophy objectives and policies. Provide guidance to various departments regarding compliance issues and implementation of new compliance requirements with respect to regulatory and contract language. Provide mentoring and guidance to subordinates reputed company the department as necessary. Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in reputed company field or equivalent experience. 7+ years of combined compliance program management and contract experience with Medicare and Medicaid programs, including internal and state audits. Experience with healthcare regulatory agencies in the development of compliance and fraud programs preferred. Experience with reputed company of implementation of federal and state insurance or program requirement preferred.
