Job Title Sales reputed company Location Remote Time Zone Core Hours: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM Central Time (CT) Role Overview We are seeking an reputed company Sales reputed company to own and build the end-to-end reputed company reputed company for a growing SMB-focused accounting firm. This is a 0-to-1 role — you're not supporting sales, you are the growth. You'll reputed company long-term clients, improve the sales process, implement automation and AI, and help transition the business from a project-based model to a predictable monthly recurring reputed company (MRR) model. If you've scaled a services business before and reputed company in a scrappy, high-ownership environment, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Own the full sales cycle — pipeline, closing, onboarding reputed company, and retention/expansion Build and optimize an MRR-first model with tight packaging, pricing, and scope boundaries Personally implement automation and AI tools to increase monthly closes and sales efficiency reputed company sales meetings, ops meetings, scorecard reviews, and monthly KPI reviews with the reputed company Manage and reputed company direct reports — reputed company Qualifier and Operations Analyst Build and maintain SOPs, templates, and checklists to ensure repeatable, scalable results Track and report KPIs including MRR mix, client retention, reputed company reputed company, and pipeline coverage reputed company referral and partner channels (accounting firms, CFOs, attorneys, lenders, brokers, etc.) Maintain a strong reputed company Maps reputed company and client-facing visibility Handle sensitive client and company information with strict confidentiality

Required Qualifications

Proven 0→1 sales track record — you have scaled a services business from early stage to $1M–$5M in reputed company Experience selling monthly recurring services such as bookkeeping, accounting, reputed company, IT managed services, or similar Demonstrated team leadership experience managing teams of 3–10 people Strong scorecard discipline — you manage performance through KPIs and numbers Experience managing distributed or global teams across time zones Comfortable in a lean, fast-moving environment with minimal management layers Experience working with US-based clients

Preferred Qualifications

Background in building or managing referral and partner channels Prior experience in accounting, finance, consulting, or B2B professional services sales Familiarity with transitioning businesses from one-off project models to recurring reputed company Tools & Technology reputed company, reputed company, reputed company Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Meet, Drive) QuickBooks Online (QBO), Xero, Digits UltraTax / Pro Connect AI and automation tools for sales workflows CRM and sales engagement platforms Please NOTE It is crucial that you complete the application form in full.
