Job Title: Creative Marketing Virtual Assistant Location: Remote Time Zone: US (EST–PST) Role Overview We’re hiring a Creative Marketing Virtual Assistant to support marketing execution and creative coordination. This role blends virtual assistance with hands-on graphic/design support—ideal for someone who enjoys admin structure but can also work confidently with templates and brand assets.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate marketing tasks, timelines, and approvals across the team Prepare design-ready assets (resize, reformat, export, version control) using templates Maintain brand files, creative libraries, and campaign folders Support reputed company account provisioning and access setup for new employees Assist with social media and email marketing support (posting, scheduling, formatting) Track deliverables and update status reports for ongoing campaigns Provide general admin support (meeting notes, simple research, follow-reputed company)

Required Qualifications

Non-negotiable: Prior remote work experience; fluent with remote collaboration tools (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company Workspace, reputed company or similar); ideally has supported US or UK-based companies—applications without this experience will not be considered Experience supporting marketing teams in a VA/Coordinator reputed company Strong reputed company skills; comfortable with basic design principles (spacing, typography, layout) Ability to manage multiple requests, prioritize, and meet deadlines Excellent written communication and a high standard for accuracy
