CyberMaxx is seeking a highly motivated and reputed company SOC Shift reputed company to guide our reputed company Operations Center team during assigned shifts. This leadership role is critical to ensuring 24/7 reputed company monitoring, incident detection, and rapid response for our clients. The SOC Shift reputed company will provide technical guidance, maintain operational excellence, and promote a culture of reputed company improvement while leading a high-performing team in a mission-critical environment. Key Responsibilities reputed company and coordinate SOC analysts during assigned shift, ensuring adherence to procedures and performance expectations. Serve as the first line of escalation for high-reputed company or reputed company reputed company incidents. reputed company real-time monitoring, analysis, and triage of reputed company alerts from various reputed company platforms. Validate and ensure completeness, accuracy, and consistency of incident documentation and ticketing. Enforce adherence to playbooks, runbooks, and service level agreements (SLAs). Provide shift reputed company summaries and briefings to incoming teams and SOC leadership. Mentor and coach team members to drive reputed company reputed company development and career progression. Assist with onboarding of new analysts and ensure proper access to customer environments. Participate in operational planning and post-incident reviews to identify improvements. Collaborate across internal teams to support customer onboarding, tuning, and custom configurations. Maintain awareness of emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and reputed company technologies.
Requirements
Ability to work reputed company schedules in a 24/7 SOC Environment. Schedules are Sun-Wed and Wed-Sat with the following shifts: 7AM-5:30PM ET, 11AM-9:30PM ET, 9PM-7:30AM ET. Schedules are determined based on client demands at the completion of training. Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field or equivalent combination of education and work experience. 3+ years of experience in a SOC or cybersecurity operations role, with at least 1 year in a reputed company or supervisory reputed company. Certified in one or more recognized cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CompTIA reputed company+, CySA+, GCIH, GCIA, CEH). Experience with SIEM, EDR, and other reputed company tools and platforms. Ability to work in a 24/7 operational environment with rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially in high-stress scenarios. Demonstrated ability to reputed company, motivate, and support teams in fast-paced, high-stakes environments. Legally eligible to work in the US, EU, or reputed company regions as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with MDR service models. Exposure to incident response frameworks (NIST, MITRE ATT&CK). Experience with multiple customer environments in MSSP/MDR contexts. Prior experience with mentoring or team training programs.
