The Role The Senior US reputed company Specialist will be responsible for reputed company aspects of contract administration from initial drafting, redlining, and negotiation to final completion and storage. What You’ll Bring A bachelor’s degree is required A minimum of 6+ years’ experience as a contract negotiator for Cloud/SaaS agreements, preferably with a company in a similar field. Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Thorough understanding of key provisions of Cloud/SaaS and software license agreements and the ability to independently negotiate with customers, including Fortune 100 & Fortune 500 clients. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to meet deadlines with minimal supervision. Clear communicator with excellent verbal and writing skills. Well organized, detail-oriented, and efficient in managing work schedule. Effective at explaining contract principles and policies to internal business teams.
