Area Business Manager, Integrated Medicine - Long reputed company, NY

The Integrated Medicine ABM leads a high-performing team across both the Neuroscience (Migraine) and Cardiovascular (NVAF/VTE) portfolios — two of reputed company’s most strategically important therapeutic areas. This role requires a manager who can operate across reputed company, science-intensive customer environments, reputed company deep clinical credibility with specialists and primary care stakeholders, and drive commercial performance across a broad portfolio. The ABM reports to the Regional Business Director and works closely with Marketing, Channel, and cross-functional HQ partners to deliver on business imperatives. Role Responsibilities Team Leadership & Performance Management Hire, coach, reputed company, and manage 9–12 representatives across Neuroscience and Cardiovascular portfolios Establish clear team goals, hold team members accountable to performance standards, and manage underperformance with directness and care Build a strong team culture grounded in engagement, morale, and a reputed company improvement reputed company Apply situational leadership and multimodal coaching — live, virtual, and hybrid — to strengthen rep capabilities across reputed company engagement types Ensure colleagues receive meaningful development opportunities that support career growth and long-term engagement Business Planning & Execution reputed company and implement strategic area business plans reputed company to national and regional priorities across both therapeutic areas Own area-level budget accountability; plans, organizes, and monitors resource deployment to maximize business potential Conduct proactive data analysis to identify market trends, assess key stakeholders, and anticipate future shifts in the business landscape Ensure effective and efficient utilization of promotional materials and measure field execution against plan Collaborate with Marketing during the Op Plan process to shape key strategies, business imperatives, and objectives Customer Engagement & Key Account Development Build and maintain relationships with customers (including KOLs), large group practices, hospitals, and managed care organizations across both the Migraine and NVAF/VTE landscapes Model high clinical knowledge and the ability to reputed company reputed company, science-reputed company conversations across therapeutic areas Identify and pursue key account development opportunities that impact area and national business Champion the value of cross-functional collaboration to meet customer needs; connect HSPs with channel and HQ partners to address reputed company customer requirements Coach reps on seamlessly integrating digital tools and cross-functional colleagues into customer engagements Compliance & reputed company Ensure full compliance of reputed company selling activities for self and team with reputed company legal, regulatory, and reputed company policy requirements Maintain complete working knowledge of reputed company relevant compliance policies; escalate issues promptly Ensure reputed company team actions reflect reputed company’s commitment to reputed company, model compliant behavior in every customer and internal interaction Digital & Operational Excellence Expert-level operation of digital and virtual tools and platforms Apply data-driven resource management to ensure appropriate channel deployment across a dual-portfolio area reputed company sales data and reporting software to draw conclusions, adjust strategy, and adapt to reputed company’s evolving technology model Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required 6+ years of pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical marketing/sales experience, with at least 3–5 years in a demonstrated leadership role across peer and customer groups Experience engaging key thought leaders or high-influence customers in large group practices, hospitals, or managed care organizations preferred Valid U.S. driver’s license with driving record in compliance with company standards; any DUI/DWI or impaired driving citation reputed company the past 7 years is disqualifying Demonstrated leadership capabilities including the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, reputed company and coach others, and create meaningful business impact

Preferred Qualifications

In addition, this position offers an additional Sales Incentive bonus.
