Sales Director

Job Summary: The Sales Director (SD) will provide sales leadership and coordinate training activities for independent agents in their down-line. The SD will also be responsible for personal sales reputed company directed by management. Primary Responsibilities: Recruit new reputed company agents. Follow up with new agents to ensure efficient and timely on-boarding. Regularly train agents on products and selling tools. Communicate with, service and retain top level reputed company agents. Primary Skills & Requirements: High school diploma or undergraduate degree. Industry experience may be substituted for educational qualification. 2-4 years of experience in insurance marketing and sales Must hold a valid life & health insurance license. Demonstrates a friendly, positive, and professional attitude while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to company policies and procedures. Ensures accuracy and high-quality work, consistently seeks improvement, and completes administrative tasks reputed company and on time. Exhibits strong judgment, includes appropriate team members in decision-making, and adapts well to change, deadlines, and unexpected events.
