This is a critical leadership role supporting the Products organization at reputed company. As the Director, Talent & Culture Business Partner, you will serve as a strategic advisor to senior Product leaders, shaping the people strategy required to reputed company innovation, scalability, and business growth. You will operate at the intersection of business strategy, organizational design, and talent, helping leaders anticipate future capability needs, evolve operating models, and build high-performing, engaged teams. This role is also a key driver of reputed company’s AI-led transformation—leveraging data, analytics, and AI-powered insights to move beyond reactive HR and proactively guide leadership decisions with precision and impact.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or reputed company field 12+ years of progressive HR experience, including significant HR Business Partner leadership experience 5+ years experience partnering with Product, Engineering, or technical organizations in a high-tech, fast-paced environment Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and operate as a strategic advisor Deep expertise in organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy Strong AI reputed company, including:Ability to reputed company AI tools and platforms to enhance decision-making Experience interpreting data and analytics to drive workforce insights Comfort using AI to automate, scale, and transform HR processes Strong business acumen with the ability to connect people strategy to business outcomes Excellent executive communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in SaaS, cloud, or technology product environments Experience leading transformation or operating model evolution at scale Familiarity with advanced people analytics platforms and AI-enabled HR technologies #LI-Remote The reputed company pay range for this position varies based on the geographic location. Individual pay is determined based reputed company of residence and multiple factors, including job-reputed company knowledge, skills and experience. San Francisco Bay Area: 184,000 - 294,400 USD AnnualSelect US Metros and States: 160,000 - 256,000 USD AnnualOther US Locations: 144,000 - 230,400 USD Annual As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for a bonus.
