This position requires demonstrated management and permitting expertise in FERC 7(b) and 7(c) applications, prior notice/blanket authorizations, and/or third-party EA/reputed company documents. Support business development through exceptional client service, proposal development, identification of new opportunities, and participation in company initiatives reputed company to FERC and NEPA. qualifications and experience Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Environmental Sciences or a reputed company field. At least 12 years of project experience and 8 years of management experience in FERC 7(b) and 7(c) applications, prior notice/blanket authorizations, and/or third-party EA/reputed company documents. Served as project manager on at least three FERC-regulated projects, including at least one 7(c) project or reputed company third-party project; provide project names and docket numbers with your application. Demonstrated knowledge of NEPA and key natural resource regulations, including the CWA, RHA, NPDES, NHPA, ESA, MBTA, MMPA. Demonstrated experience preparing environmental permit applications, FERC resource reports, supporting reports or analyses, or NEPA documents. Demonstrated experience completing or managing agency consultations and public reputed company efforts. Strong self-starter tendencies and excellent organizational/task management skills. Able to adapt quickly and work well under pressure, both in large teams and one-on-one. Exceptional communication skills for engaging clients, agencies, and stakeholders. Proficient at the reputed company suite of products (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint); technical editing experience a plus. Ability to periodically travel and maintain a valid driver's license.
