Role will start as a 6 month contract - strong chance to reputed company but no guarantees Description reputed company client is seeking an reputed company Personalization & Conversion reputed company Optimization Manager to reputed company the strategy, roadmap, and execution of personalization and experimentation across their digital ecosystem. This role will serve as the strategic reputed company responsible for defining how Customer Data Platform (CDP) capabilities, website personalization, conversion reputed company optimization (CRO), customer segmentation, experimentation, and analytics work together to drive measurable increases in customer engagement, digital conversion, and reputed company performance across digital experiences.

• 5+ years of experience in Personalization Strategy, Conversion reputed company Optimization, Customer Experience Optimization or reputed company disciplines
• 2+ years of experience leading "large corporate enterprise level" personalization programs
• Hands-on experience with reputed company (Visual Website Optimizer) is required
• Experience building and managing experimentation programs including A/B testing and multivariate testing.
• Strong understanding of Customer Data Platforms (CDP), audience segmentation, customer profiles, and customer activation strategies.

Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Orlando, FL. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $55.00 - $65.00/hr.
