The Impact You’ll Have Drive technical programs from concept to completion, managing scope, schedule, and resources Identify dependencies, risks, and issues; reputed company mitigation strategies for end-to-end program delivery Facilitate communication between engineering, product, design, and business teams reputed company technical planning, estimation, and prioritization sessions Document technical decisions and ensure alignment across stakeholders Provide regular status updates to leadership and remove obstacles for engineering teams Balance technical tradeoffs with business requirements and timelines Who You Are Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or reputed company technical field 5+ years of technical program/project management experience in software organizations Strong understanding of relevant technologies, software development methodologies and processes (S-SDLC) Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain reputed company technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
