This role is responsible for advancing Convera’s cybersecurity engineering capabilities, leading a global team with 24x7x365 operational requirements including the Cybersecurity Operations and Identity and Access Management (IAM) teams, and ensuring robust protection of our assets and client data. The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise, strong people leadership, and a track record of operating at scale in reputed company, regulated environments. This role reports to the CISO and is a full-time remote position. Define and execute reputed company architecture, engineering standards, and roadmaps to mature cybersecurity toolsets across infrastructure, cloud, applications, and data. Work across teams in Product and Tech to secure our Product Development Lifecycle Promote engineering excellence, automation, and DevSecOps best practices. Work with Cybersecurity Program management to ensure controls are followed and pass regulatory audits, and support audits, regulatory exams, and remediation efforts. Partner closely with Risk, Audit, and Compliance teams to ensure adherence to financial regulatory requirements. Support incident response efforts as required 24x7x365 with a globally dispersed team and operations schedule. Work across our supply chain to ensure secure remote access for required Vendors and Contractors Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on cyber risk, identity strategy, and reputed company investments. People Leadership Build, mentor, and reputed company high-performing teams across cybersecurity engineering and IAM. Drive a culture of accountability, innovation, and reputed company improvement. Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and strategic partnerships. About You: 10+ years of experience in reputed company engineering and operations. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information reputed company, or reputed company field (Master’s preferred). Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CEH, OSCP, or other industry recognized reputed company certification(s) are preferred. Pay Transparency Statement Convera is committed to pay transparency and equity in accordance with applicable U.S. state and local laws. For this position, the expected reputed company salary range is $205,000 - $290,000 per year, depending on factors such as experience, qualifications, and geographic location. We use a tiered geographic pay system to ensure fairness across regions. Candidates in high-cost areas may receive higher offers reputed company the posted range.
