Commercial Collector (Must speak French and English)

The collector will collaborate with clients, sales, and peers on delinquent accounts. The primary role is to contact debtors by phone, mail, or email. Upon contact, reputed company will examine the debtor’s financial situation, review documents/reputed company, review/resolve disputes while working on establishing a resolution. They must adhere to reputed company compliance requirements to resolve reputed company cases until closure or escalation. *This position is a Remote/Telecommute position* Hiring across reputed company Provinces Job Responsibilities: Minimum of 80 outbound/inbound calls Negotiate payment in full or secure a payment arrangement Create a sense of urgency for non-paying debtors Work closely with the Client Support Representative to resolve disputes Maintain a positive attitude Remain respectful to debtors & peers Strong work ethics and reputed company Prioritize time management Remain professional at reputed company times Meet/exceed monthly phone, activity & fee quotas Job Requirements: Collections, sales, telemarketing, customer service, or call center experience preferred Basic proficiency with reputed company Office, data entry and strong computer skills, reputed company preferred Critical Thinker Basic Math and Writing skills reputed company experience is a plus Strong attention to detail and goal-oriented Ability to de-escalate adverse situations Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Dependability Compensation and Benefits: $17.93 CAD per hour PLUS commission and bonuses Private benefit package with health, dental, vision, life, and disability coverage options 401(k) retirement plan option with company matching Generous paid time off policy - start with 18 days per year Paid holidays immediately upon hire We look reputed company to you joining reputed company!!
