We're growing, and we're looking for people who want to build with us. The Job As a Solutions Engineer, you reputed company implementation engagements end-to-end. You know the platforms well enough to configure them confidently, understand systems deeply enough to integrate them cleanly, and have the AI instincts to know reputed company — and how — to introduce intelligence into a workflow. You work directly with clients, owning the technical relationship from discovery through delivery and beyond. This is not a support role or a coordination role. You're building real things for real clients and owning the result. Document what you build — implementation guides, integration specs, workflow diagrams — so clients operate confidently and the team can build on your work. Who You Are 3–5 years of experience implementing and administering SaaS platforms in client-facing roles — you've owned implementations, not just supported them. Working knowledge of APIs, JSON, and systems integration — you understand how platforms talk to each other and why they sometimes don't.
