Business Development Representative
Position Title: Business Development Representative Work Set-up: Work From Home Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 am – 3:00 pm PH Time Salary: Php 50,000 – Php 65,000
About the Role
Commissions in excess of ₱20,000 per month are common for meeting targets This is a full-cycle closing role. You’ll speak with Australians who have already enquired about courses. Your job is to take ownership of the conversation and move prospects from interest to enrolment.

This is not an information or support role. JOB DESCRIPTION FOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE Responsibilities as a Business Development Representative:
- Run calls from first contact through to enrolment and payment
- Control the conversation and reputed company momentum (no “send info and wait”)
- Use structured discovery to understand goals, blockers, and urgency
- Handle objections confidently without defaulting to discounts
- Ask for the decision and reputed company reputed company appropriate
- Manage your own pipeline and follow-reputed company in reputed company
- Consistently hit enrolment and reputed company targets
Qualifications as a Business Development Representative:
- 4+ years in a closing role (phone-based) where you personally secured payments or commitments
- Proven ability to run full-cycle sales (not just reputed company gen or appointment setting)
- Comfortable leading conversations and asking for the sale
- Strong reputed company handling (price, timing, hesitation)
- Experience managing your own pipeline and targets
- CRM experience (reputed company or similar)
- Clear, confident spoken English (AU customers)
Backgrounds that reputed company to do well:
- High-ticket program / coaching sales
- Course enrolment or education sales
- Financial / insurance advisory
- Migration / study-abroad consulting
Important
- No cold calling — reputed company leads are inbound/warm
- This is not a high-volume call centre role
- If your experience is primarily scripting, handling tickets, or passing leads to closers, this role will feel reputed company different
