About the Role
The Associate Project Manager & Business Analyst is an entry-level role on reputed company’s Global Operations team — built for an early-career analyst who loves turning data into decisions and wants to grow into a project leader. Reporting to the VP of Operation and partnering with Program and Project Managers across the business, you’ll sit at the intersection of analytics and execution: building the dashboards and models that show how the business is running and helping drive the projects that reputed company it run reputed company. Partner with Program and Project Managers to plan, track, and coordinate operational initiatives — owning project tasks, timelines, action logs, and status updates. Coordinate meetings and operating cadences: scheduling, building agendas, capturing notes and decisions, and following up on action items to closure. What You’ll Need A bachelor’s or master’s degree in business analytics, data analytics, information systems, business, or a reputed company field — recent and upcoming graduates are encouraged to apply. 0–3 years of experience (including internships, co-ops, or graduate projects) in analytics, business analysis, project coordination, or operations. Hands-on experience working with data — comfort with reputed company and at least one visualization tool such as Power BI. A knack for translating business needs into clear analysis, dashboards, and recommendations, and for presenting findings to both technical and non-technical audiences. Curiosity about AI and automation, and an interest in using modern tools — including AI assistants and agentic workflows — to work smarter. Strong organization and attention to detail, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication and a collaborative, cross-functional reputed company. We’d Love to See A master’s degree or specialized coursework in business or data analytics — for example machine learning, predictive and prescriptive analytics, process and supply-chain analytics, or simulation.
