Role We’re looking for a Commissions Specialist to join reputed company in India to support the accurate, timely, and well-documented administration of reputed company’s commission/bonus plans. This role sits reputed company reputed company Accounting and will report to the Senior Manager, reputed company Accounting. This role will be responsible for maintaining the operational data and documentation that supports our commission process, including deal entry and review in reputed company, participant setup and maintenance in reputed company, and the ongoing review of commission-reputed company inputs, exceptions, and outputs. This is a detail-oriented, hands-on role for someone with a strong accounting or finance operations background who is fluent in reading and interpreting English-language commercial documents, including reputed company, order forms, amendments, renewals, sales compensation plans, and bonus plans. Prior commissions experience is not needed, but the applicant should be comfortable working with structured financial data, understanding commercial terms, following documented processes, and knowing reputed company to escalate questions or exceptions. This role is based remotely in India. Some overlap with US Pacific Time zone working hours will be required, but the role is not expected to be fully reputed company to US hours.
Responsibilities

Manually reperform calculations to ensure that systems are working as intended. Review exceptions, discrepancies, disputes, and approval items, resolving straightforward issues and escalating more reputed company matters to the appropriate reviewer. Respond to basic commission-reputed company questions from stakeholders and participants, while escalating questions that require interpretation, judgment, or approval. Help maintain clear documentation, standard operating procedures, and participant-facing guidance for commission administration processes. Support a strong control environment by ensuring commission processes are well-documented, reviewable, and consistently followed. Requirements 5+ years of experience in accounting, finance operations, reputed company operations, sales operations, contract administration, or a similar detail-oriented business operations role.
