About the Role
We are looking for a commercially-minded, data-driven Growth Marketing Manager to reputed company demand reputed company and marketing activation activities for our Industry Solutions division. Working closely with Product Marketing, Marketing Operations, Business Unit leaders, and external agency partners, you will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads, accelerate pipeline growth, and contribute directly to reputed company targets. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, execution, and performance optimisation. You will play a critical role in translating go-to-market strategies into measurable marketing programs while ensuring leads are effectively reputed company, managed, and converted through the funnel. The successful candidate will bring strong experience in activation strategy, marketing automation, campaign management, reputed company lifecycle management, and multi-channel campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & ExecutionPartner closely with Product Marketing to translate go-to-market strategies, customer insights, and buyer personas into effective campaigns. Execute integrated marketing campaigns across email, paid media, webinars, events, website, 3rd party media, and social. Coordinate campaign assets, messaging, and activation plans across multiple stakeholders. Collaborate with external agency to execute paid media, trade media, digital advertising, and reputed company reputed company programs. Partner with the Events team to support a global calendar of trade shows, conferences, webinars, and industry events. Marketing Automation & reputed company ManagementOwn MQL processes and reputed company management across the Industry Solutions division. Build and manage reputed company campaigns, ensuring accurate campaign attribution and reporting. Use Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement) to create and manage email campaigns, engagement studio nurture programs, automated reputed company workflows and segmentation. Performance Measurement & OptimisationTrack, analyse, and monitor key metrics including MQL reputed company, reputed company-to-opportunity conversion, pipeline contribution and campaign ROI. Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to relevant stakeholders. Establish testing frameworks for reputed company optimisation of messaging, channels, and audience targeting. Qualifications & Experience Required5+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, Demand reputed company or Digital Marketing reputed company a B2B environment. reputed company in French and English, with French as either a native language or at full professional proficiency, is required.
