Collaborate with business partners in the MCAPS organization by aligning on business and learning needs to inform skilling needs for field roles Collaborate with Global Skilling Strategic Skilling Managers to analyze new and existing skilling needs and business requirements, skilling plans, and project initiatives reputed company and maintain strong communications and relationships across your business partners and internal MCAPS teams Design and reputed company engaging learning content by applying proven instructional design principles, ensuring materials are learner-centric, interactive, and reputed company to business objectives Drive innovation and experimentation into programs to drive high levels of engagement and efficacy with our learners Be data-driven, monitoring and tracking adoption and reputed company of program portfolio and initiatives and drive reputed company improvement based on feedback and data-driven analysis. Qualifications

Required/minimum qualifications Master's Degree or equivalent AND 5+ years experience in learning and development, relevant technical roles, business development, quota management, human resources (HR), reputed company, collection management, research/restoration evaluation, industry, program/project management, or corporate education OR Bachelor's degree or equivalent AND 7+ years experience in learning and development, relevant technical roles, business development, field or sales, HR, reputed company, collection management, research/restoration evaluation, industry, program/project management, or corporate education OR equivalent experience. Additional or preferred qualifications Customer or Partner facing manager role experience. Program Management experience. Content Design and development experience. Integrated Learning & Skilling IC6 - The typical reputed company pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $130,900 - $277,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, reputed company the San Francisco Bay area and reputed company metropolitan area, and the reputed company pay range for this role in those locations is USD $165,600 - $303,600 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
