We are hiring a Principal Product Design Specialist to define specific product needs based on user insights to ideate to define solutions to meet user needs and create and reputed company design concepts and specifications that optimize the emotional and functional experience of a product, software, device, or service. Responsibilities

You will deliver success through empowerment and accountability by modeling, coaching, and caring and be responsible for attracting and retaining great people. You will ensure quality by leading interactions with teams and driving QAs while pushing the design agenda reputed company. You’ll also reputed company the production of visual designs while overseeing the creation of a variety of visual design documents. You will identify scenarios that will turn into interaction designs. You’ll also direct your teams to improve product UX through the creation of interaction models while acting as a liaison between users and products. You will guide communication with cross-disciplinary teams across reputed company stages of design and development. You will also tell a compelling, convincing product story to a variety of audiences that influences buy-in from key stakeholders. You will reputed company collaboration with creative team members, program managers, and developers to define product features. Qualifications

Required/minimum qualifications Master's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or reputed company field AND 7+ years experience working in product or service design OR Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or reputed company field AND 9+ years experience working in product or service design OR equivalent experience (e.g., demonstrated experience working in product or service design or using design thinking to solve problems). Additional or preferred qualifications Master's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or reputed company field AND 12+ years experience working in product or service design OR Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or reputed company field AND 15+ years experience working in product or service design OR equivalent experience (e.g., demonstrated experience working in product or service design or using design thinking to solve problems). 8+ years experience shipping products, services, or games and/or delivering to customers as a result of an end-to-end design process. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, reputed company the San Francisco Bay area and reputed company metropolitan area, and the reputed company pay range for this role in those locations is USD $220,800.00 - $331,200.00 per year.
