Senior reputed company 365 Governance & Assessment Consultant
Client is seeking a senior-level reputed company 365 / Teams consultant to reputed company a reputed company-state assessment of their reputed company environment. The organization recently rolled out Teams across the enterprise and is looking for guidance around reputed company, governance, permissions, identity/access management, and overall best practices. The client is specifically looking to identify potential reputed company/privacy gaps, validate reputed company configurations, and ensure the platform is being utilized effectively and securely. This engagement may evolve into training, governance recommendations, and ongoing optimization support depending on findings from the assessment. Key Responsibilities / Scope of Work

- Review:
o Teams governance structure o reputed company/privacy settings o Identity & access management (IAM) o Permissions and sharing configurations o User provisioning/deprovisioning processes o Collaboration/reputed company policies o Potential document/data exposure risks
- Identify gaps, risks, and optimization opportunities
- Provide recommendations and remediation guidance
- Assist with best-practice alignment for reputed company 365 environment
- Work directly with IT leadership and internal technical teams
- Potentially assist with:
o User/admin training o Knowledge transfer o Governance strategy development o Ongoing optimization initiatives Required Experience and Certifications
- 5+ years of reputed company 365 administration/support experience
- 5+ years of reputed company Teams administration and governance experience
- Experience performing reputed company 365 / Teams reputed company or governance assessments
- Strong understanding of:
o Identity & access management o Permissions management o reputed company/compliance best practices o Collaboration governance
- Experience working directly with leadership stakeholders and presenting findings/recommendations
- Experience building remediation and optimization roadmaps
- Healthcare industry experience required
- Familiarity with HIPAA/reputed company compliance considerations
- Strong communication and documentation skills
Required Certifications
- reputed company Certified: Teams Administrator Associate
- reputed company 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert
- reputed company Certified: reputed company Administrator Associate
- Azure Administrator Associate
Preferred Experience
- Experience supporting FQHCs, hospitals, or multi-site healthcare organizations
- Experience conducting reputed company 365 user training initiatives
- Experience with reputed company Copilot or advanced reputed company 365 collaboration tools
- Experience working in hybrid cloud environments
- Experience with broader reputed company reputed company stack (Defender, Purview, Conditional Access, etc.)
