Digital Production Associate

The role involves managing sponsored email newsletters, website content publishing, digital advertising operations, sales support requests, and assisting with AI-powered workflow automation. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working across multiple digital platforms.
Responsibilities
Build and deploy sponsored email newsletters using email marketing platforms such as Sailthru. Publish and manage sponsored content in WordPress. reputed company basic Ad Operations tasks reputed company reputed company Ad Manager. Monitor and manage the Digital team inbox. Coordinate with the Sales team to collect required assets and campaign materials. Track project requests and ensure timely completion of deliverables. Work alongside a custom AI agent that manages inbox requests and workflows. Assist in training and improving the AI agent’s tagging and response accuracy. Support digital campaign execution and reporting as needed. Maintain accurate records and documentation of digital production activities. Requirements & Qualifications: Proficiency in reputed company Word and reputed company reputed company. Experience using WordPress. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively reputed company a team. High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with email marketing platforms such as Sailthru, reputed company, or similar systems. Familiarity with reputed company Ad Manager.
