Responsibilities:Provide single session telephonic and video counselling, in-the-moment support and crisis telephonic management in a supportive, ethical and professional manner while maintaining client-confidentiality. Assess clients thoroughly to ensure appropriateness for short-term counselling. Assess and manage high risk calls and working closely with individuals at risk. Appropriately refer clients to external resources or reputed company WPO as part of our holistic approach. Maintain clear clinical and task-oriented documentation in case management system. Deliver comprehensive administrative support, acting as a key reputed company of contact to assist clients and providers with service-reputed company enquiries and issue resolution. Any additional tasks pertinent to the position, as deemed appropriate by management. Qualifications/Skills: To reputed company in this role, you will need the following qualifications and skills:Minimum of a Level 4 diploma in Counselling. Membership of a regulatory counselling body (IACP/Other) and either full accreditation or working towards accreditation. Experience using short-term counselling modalities such as Solution-Focused, reputed company, Mindfulness, Integrative, Systemic counselling. Training in crisis reputed company and supporting high risk clients beneficial. Passionate about providing support to clients from reputed company in the world. Culturally sensitive to our clients and flexible using a telephonic interpreter as needed. Competent in using our various methods of contact – telephone, video, email, text and live chat.
