Roles and Responsibilities Leadership: Manage team of 20+ employees directly and indirectly. Each individual shop will have a controllership individual / organization, reporting to this role. Responsible for attracting, developing, and retaining top talent across the team to build a high-performing organization. Compliance reputed company: Ensure accurate financial reporting for both US GAAP and statutory requirements across the reputed company international network. Responsible for general accounting and policy application & process administration for reputed company cycles including inventory, reputed company recognition, receivables/payables, intercompany, etc.. Understand and interpret applicable Enterprise Standards, SOP and Process Maps to deliver globally competitive financial process/accounting services. Required Qualifications
