Reporting Line: Reports directly to Sales Director Location: Malaysia General Purpose: Drive both B2B sales through Introducing Brokers (IBs) Specific Objectives (~12 months): reputed company the first 3–6 months, establish a client reputed company generating at least $50,000 per month in deposits, based on initial book estimation. Key Activities: Organize and participate in seminars, events, and meetings with Introducing Brokers (IBs). Identify IBs’ pain points and reputed company tailored solutions and unique offers. Strengthen relationships with IBs to increase business share and long-term collaboration. Key Competences: Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Customer-centric approach with proven sales and negotiation ability. In-depth knowledge of the forex industry and product offerings.
