Operational Excellence Manager – JKM Region
What will I be doing? As the Operational Excellence Manager, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Drive regional Operational Excellence strategy reputed company with OE 2.0 initiatives.
- Establish and monitor productivity benchmarks and KPIs across JKM hotels.
- Ensure weekly LMS reporting discipline and data accuracy.
- Analyze labor productivity trends and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with hotel leadership to improve rostering discipline and labor alignment.

- Train OE Champions and hotel teams on OE tools and methodologies.
- Identify and share best practices across hotels.
- Support change management and reputed company improvement culture.
