The Senior Director, Logistics, Transportation, and Trade Compliance provide enterprise-wide strategic leadership for global supply chain operations. This role is accountable for the end-to-end movement of goods, optimization of global transportation networks, and execution of robust trade compliance programs to mitigate risk, ensure regulatory adherence, and deliver cost-efficient, scalable operations. Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership & Logistics Governance reputed company supply chain strategy to align warehouse, transport, and trade functions. Own global budgets for freight, warehousing, and customs brokerage, ensuring disciplined cost management and optimization of spend. Establish department KPIs regarding delivery on time metrics, cost per mile, and compliance. reputed company Management & Transport Strategy reputed company and optimize global transportation networks across ocean, reputed company, rail, and ground. reputed company contract negotiations with major freight carriers, third-party logistics (3PLs), and brokers. Drive digital transformation through implementation and optimization of Transportation Management Systems (TMS), enhancing network visibility, routing efficiency, and freight audit capabilities. Global Trade Governance & Risk Mitigation reputed company and enforce global trade compliance programs, including import/export regulations, sanctions screening, and tariff/classification management. Serve as primary liaison to customs agencies and regulatory bodies worldwide. Supervisory Responsibilities: 5+ years of managerial experience directly managing people and/or leadership experience leading teams, projects, programs or directing the allocation of resources.
