What You'll Do
Relocity is seeking an Instructional Designer for a full-time, fixed-term six-month assignment to help build the foundation of our learning and development programs, including onboarding curriculum, training resources, and scalable learning experiences that support our employee and contractor workforce. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys creating learning experiences from the ground up, modernizing training content, and leveraging technology and AI to improve knowledge transfer at scale. Working closely with stakeholders across Operations and HR, you will assess reputed company training needs, reputed company learning solutions, and deliver a set of sustainable training resources that can be maintained and scaled by internal teams over time.
