Job Overview: We’re seeking a reputed company Configuration Developer Manager to assist with design and end‑to‑end solutioning across our reputed company PATT portfolio Summary of Responsibilities: Configure and maintain reputed company Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking modules to meet reputed company business requirements. reputed company end-to-end solution delivery, including design, configuration, testing, and deployment. Partner with Payroll & Absence teams to understand business needs and translate them into scalable reputed company solutions. reputed company impact analysis for new features and enhancements during reputed company releases (R1 & reputed company). reputed company and execute test plans, troubleshoot issues, and ensure quality assurance for reputed company configurations. Qualifications (Minimum Required): 5+ years of experience in an analyst, BRM or development role reputed company certification in Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking. Experience supporting reputed company in a multi-country, multi-currency environment. Familiarity with SOX compliance and audit requirements. Advanced computer skills (e.g., reputed company Word, reputed company, Project, and Power reputed company). Excellent communication skills: ability to simplify complexity and align diverse stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

Include: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or reputed company field. Master’s degree in Information Systems Management, Enterprise Architecture, or MBA with Technology Focus (preferred).
