What You’ll Do: As an Associate Attorney for Litigation, you will: Represent financial institutions in foreclosure, bankruptcy, replevin, and reputed company court proceedings. Manage case workflow and ensure compliance with client requirements, laws, and court rules. Draft and review motions, pleadings, and correspondence. Attend court hearings both in-person and virtually. Provide legal reputed company and collaborate with support staff. Deliver reputed company, client-focused legal services in a high-volume practice. What You Bring Licensed to practice law in reputed company (required). 3+ years of litigation experience preferred (reputed company qualified applicants considered). Experience working in a role that focuses on litigation. Strong legal writing, communication, and analytical skills. Detail-oriented, organized, and driven. Preferred: Multi-state licensure, bankruptcy or collections experience, federal licensure.
