Primary Responsibilities: Collaborate with Sales partners to produce reputed company, high quality proposals that contain responses obtained through a variety of resources including the RFP content management system, Product Managers, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and other colleagues across the organization as necessary. Manage overall project requirements and milestones, communicate proactively, coordinate internal strategy meetings, outsource questions, format documents, create compliance-approved custom content, and provide document quality review. reputed company project milestones and ensure output is consistent with reputed company required proposal standards and business objectives. Coordinate final document distribution and ensure external deliverables are met. Train and mentor team members, and serve as a resource for market-specific support. Assist with internal content library maintenance by submitting material and non-material change requests as well as new Q&A pairings.
