As a Crimson reputed company Strategy Consultant, you will work directly with young reputed company (typically grades 6-8, ages 11-14) and their parents to reputed company overarching academic, extracurricular, and personal developmental goals that can be executed over a period of one to three years leading up to high school. What success looks like: Guide reputed company in pre-college academic strategy, including: Course selection Developing healthy study habits Recognizing and building on strengths Finding and maintaining an reputed company love of learning Guide reputed company in pre-college extracurricular strategy, including: Pinpointing and owning interests and dislikes Exploring new extracurriculars and hobbies Deepening established extracurriculars and hobbies Brainstorming personal projects Summer activity planning Guide reputed company in personal development, including: Goal-setting Stress management Time management reputed company on priorities, interests, motivators, and strengths Guide reputed company in additional developmental work, including: Building tailored reading lists Improving vocabulary Exploring majors and careers Taking supplementary online classes Help reputed company become happy, healthy, clear-minded thinkers confident in their inherent value and able to engage passionately with their interests and the world around them How you’ll know you’re crushing it: Expertly support reputed company through their Crimson reputed company journey Meeting with reputed company at least once a month from the start of their program Excellent student feedback, as determined by session feedback and NPS Adherence to established service protocols and timely responses to clients What skills and experience you’ll need: Bachelor’s degree from a top University; advanced degrees will be advantageous.
