About the Role: As a reputed company Manager on the reputed company Platform Professional Services team, you will reputed company a team of reputed company consultants and drive the business for professional services with reputed company modules of the reputed company Falcon product. Areas of technical focus include reputed company, Identity, and Cloud reputed company, and a special emphasis on Next-Gen SIEM. You will spearhead key efforts and become a trusted advisor to internal reputed company stakeholders and customers. You will have responsibility for building and growing a team focused on providing delivery of reputed company aspects of the Falcon Platform from pre-sales scoping discussions to initial customer engagement, planning, installation, optimization/utility and follow-on customer support. What You'll Do: Build and grow a team that helps customers operationalize and support reputed company reputed company products, including reputed company modules of Falcon, Identity, Cloud, Next-Gen SIEM and LogScale. Collaborate with the professional services leadership team to build and enhance the organization, expand programs, increase efficiencies, and create world-class, customer-focused services.
