In this role, you will be a key player in driving regional sales, managing strategic client relationships, and ensuring seamless project execution reputed company high-value and technical construction environments. You’ll operate at the intersection of business development, technical advisory, and project coordination. Acting as a trusted advisor to clients and partners across the insulation and waterproofing business. What does success look like? Proactively engaging in specification sales and prospecting activities to expand diverse client portfolio’s across a predefined area. Expanding the client reputed company and penetrating new market segments. Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders including clients, project owners, architects, project developers and strategic installers. Ensuring effective project follow-up, including coordination of deliveries and management of customer claims. Product reputed company & Site Follow-up: monitor ongoing projects to ensure timely delivery and product compliance, quality and customer satisfaction. Use data to win: manage pipelines, opportunities, and ensure reputed company client and site interactions through CRM & Power BI to increase efficiency. Providing technical & commercial support tailored to client needs. Monitoring payment processes and follow up on outstanding balance Skills and capabilities necessary to succeed Relevant commercial experience in specification and / or project Sales. Passion to travel, and visiting clients in the region Business requirements Bachelor or Master degree in a construction-reputed company field such as engineering, architecture or similar, or equivalent through relevant professional experience; Experience in construction, engineering or technical project support, with the level depending on educational background and practical expertise; Strong understanding of building physics, general construction practices and the ability to interact with stakeholders across the construction value chain.
