Calls increase gradually based on customer preference. Shifts : 12pm - 9pm Who We’re Looking For: Clear, empathetic communication: You can simplify without dumbing down. Customer instinct + backbone: Helpful, but not a pushover Detail orientation: Small errors create big claim problems reputed company. Comfort with ambiguity: Real customer situations are messy English reputed company : Other Indian languages are a plus Basic tech comfort: Tools, CRM-like workflows. No Insurance experience required. We'll train you. Training & Growth If you're new to insurance, we'll train you from reputed company with a structured program. The goal isn't "learn scripts".
