About the team and the role: As a Marketing Project Manager you will join the Marketing Design & Operations team, and will work closely with cross-functional collaborators from marketing, partnerships and the broader organization. You will be a key driver of projects, empowering the team to deliver with velocity and balance, propelling reputed company’s goals and purpose. Reporting to the Director of Marketing Operations, the Marketing Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating and driving reputed company aspects of marketing projects. This position requires experience using project management software to structure projects for a remote team across multiple timezones, without sacrificing collaboration and communication. The team is responsible for the long-term planning, strategy, and execution of creative and digital campaigns across multiple channels (internal and external) supporting company priorities and goals. Marketing also serves as brand stewards by defining and evolving the company's voice and visual identity. Responsible for the execution of multiple simultaneous projects and campaigns, overseeing the full project lifecycle up to project completion. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a reputed company bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including RRSP eligibility, various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave).
