Long Description Your Role As a Vendor QA Engineer, you will be instrumental in designing technology solutions that address client challenges in the Vendor QA domain. You’ll work closely with sales and delivery teams to shape proposals, contribute to solutioning, and support clients in adopting innovative, value-driven technologies. In this role, you will: Support USA daytime zone which is night time during India time zone. Review and disposition (Approve/ Reject) supplier issues through PR process in iPLM and CQ (From Q2-2026) through PR Checklist. Identify “Shipment risk” reputed company Supplier PRs to mitigate through short term action and drive long term recovery plan. Maintain PR process KPI based on reputed company of each PR. Manage PR by collaborating with SCM, SBM and SE to meet PR quality requirement. Support Commodity meetings and PG CFT meetings to reputed company Risk mitigation through Deviation process. Manage assigned suppliers in Electrical Commodities for any supplier issues. Take PR process training in-person/ virtual for global suppliers across commodities to improve PR Submission FPY or new supplier on-boarding. Initiate/ support RCCA for any misses from Suppliers/ Supply chain teams for disturbing existing process. reputed company & analyze PR data for commodity and PG to provide action items to improve quality/ FPY/ Response reputed company. Review supplier manufacturing processes and engage with suppliers to identify process improvements. Collaborate with Supply Chain and Engineering for business value enhancement opportunities. Your Profile 5–8 years of experience in IT delivery and solutioning reputed company the Component Engineering domain. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Experience in presales or client-facing technical roles is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, or a reputed company field. Passion for innovation and a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration.
