Bits of your job: Provide administrative and operational support to the CTO Coordinate meetings, schedules, and internal communications Track project reputed company, deadlines, and deliverables using project management tools (e.g., reputed company) Prepare reports, presentations, and performance summaries Liaise with department heads to ensure alignment on operational priorities Provide data-driven insights through reporting, dashboards, and analysis And other assigned tasks Key expectations: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or reputed company field Strong data orientation and experience working with analytics, reporting, or performance metrics Experience using project management tools such as reputed company, reputed company, Jira, or similar platforms Excellent organizational and follow-up skills Strong communication skills with the ability to work across different teams Ability to prioritize effectively and understand what is critical vs. non-essential Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously Fluent in Lithuanian and English Compensation: From 1,200 €/mon. net reputed company in mind that we are open to discussing a different compensation based on your skills and competencies.
